At least to my boy!!! He honestly spend a good part of his day contemplating the contents of this very pantry! This week the theme is food, and while I think this image captures both Sammy and his love of food well, I hope y’all aren’t getting bored by this challenge. It is extremely important to me both as a photographer and a mom to remember to snap the little every day things in the lives of my children.

This week’s theme is music.
I must confess. Like many Moms, my tolerance for loud noise is only so high. Therefor I have yet to give in to Sammy’s begs and pleads for a drumset. However, my boy is very industrious and managed to make one all on his own! Haha, so much for that.
And yes, those are baby spoons in his hands. And no, the shirt was not planned, just a happy coincidence!

There is something about a newborn baby. The sweetness, the innocence… I always feel honored to have one in my studio. This little beauty was not very sleepy, but she was content to just look at me and model! I see a bright future for you babe! You are so pretty you can be my model anytime!

I have been photographing these girls for years, in fact, they were two of my first models! And now there is a new addition, a little brother! It was so sweet to watch these two little girls interact so well with their new baby! Kisses and hugs all around!
